How we pack, ship and deliver your order.
Every item is handmade to order or picked fresh from our workshop stock. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Rest of India: 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking update by SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships.
All handmade products are cushioned and boxed with extra care to survive transit — fragile items get double-layer protective wrapping.
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Festive-season free-shipping offers are announced on our Home page.
