Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Since most items are handmade, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — reported within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing photos/video.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalised orders (e.g. custom colour/size requests) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI payments, refunds are sent back to the same UPI ID used for payment.
